LIZZY BORDEN: 'Sweden Rock' Video Postcard Available

June 18, 2008

Reactivated California metallers LIZZY BORDEN have posted a video postcard of the band's performance at this year's Sweden rock festival. The 1:37 second clip features an in-store appearance/meet-and-greet, a photo shoot with Sweden's own Micke Johansson, as well as LIZZY BORDEN live on stage performing at the festival.

Commented the band's frontman/namesake: "It was something very special for us to be a part of this year's Sweden Rock. It was an honor and a privilege to play this great festival in front of such wildly enthusiastic Swedish fans. We want to thank everyone at the festival for making everything perfect for us to be able to put on the kind of show that only LIZZY BORDEN can. We all felt a great connection between the young fans as well as the ones who have followed our career from the beginning; it was a show we will never forget. We hope to see all our new friends on our upcoming appointment with death tour of Europe."

LIZZY BORDEN's latest album, "Appointment with Death", was released in the U.S. on October 30, 2007 via Metal Blade Records. The CD was produced by Lizzy and Joey Scott. It was recorded at the Zanzibar studios in North Hollywood, California and was mixed by Erik Rutan (HATE ETERNAL, ex-MORBID ANGEL) at Mana studio in Florida.
